White Wine Spritzer

This is cocktail 101: Enter the Spritzer! Just mix half white wine (Pinot Grigio is great for this purpose) and sparkling water, add a twist of orange and voila! For an extra zest of flavour you can add a couple of tablespoons of mango or pineapple juice - simply delicious!

Berrylicious Brunch Cocktail

Have you tried our rosé wines yet? They are delicately delicious and can go a long way – from simple Sangria pitchers to a brunch cocktail, rosé wine is great, try out a batch of it this spring!

To make this Berrylicious cocktail you just need to add some crushed ice to a small (1 Litre) glass pitcher, pour in 2 cups of rosé, add 1 Cup of pink lemonade pop, throw in 1/4 cup of blueberries and raspberries, and a couple of slices of lemon or lime. Enjoy with crepes and the best of friends!

Mulled Wine

If you haven’t checked out our mulled wine recipe, it’s fantastic! Serve warm by letting it steep over a slow-cooker, or allow to cool for an “iced-tea” style drink this spring season. When served warm it’s perfect for enjoying on those cooler spring and fall evenings. Check it out HERE.

Wine-tini Cocktail

Nothing wrong with making a classic martini - but with your own Winexpert Burlington white wine. Pinot Grigio is combined with grapefruit soda pop and cranberry juice, and a few raspberries thrown in for indulging. This drink is a glamorous cocktail for those celebrating a spring-time family get-together, a baby shower, or a wedding shower. Both men and women! It’s delicious and refreshing!

Peachy Wine Mojito

Move over rum! Enter white wine with mint!

Take a tall glass and add 2 or 3 fresh sprigs of mint; crush them down with a little white wine until they soak up and ‘mush’ a bit. Then add a couple of slices of fresh peaches and crunch down again (we like using a wooden spoon for this purpose). Add your white wine and sparkling water, and a small dash of honey for sweetness. Mmm! Can’t you just taste it?

Cheers to Brunch!
